Starting in the 9th grade, students in C-Town Tech begin to explore topics and careers in Information Technology (IT). In the 10th grade, students enroll as dual-enrollment students at Bunker Hill Community College, and begin earning college credits that can be used towards an industry recognized degree at Bunker Hill or transferable to many other institutions. Over the course of the program, students can earn up to 30 college credits, all FREE of charge.

C-Town Tech builds a connection between high school, college, and careers, and empowers students to feel ownership of their futures. Courses are designed to be project based, providing hands-on experiences where students learn critical IT skills that can lead to high-paying jobs and careers.

Through career development opportunities such as workshops, mentoring, job shadows, summer jobs, and internships, students are exposed to multiple careers and understand the steps necessary to be successful in the workforce.
